Selling off 700 or so of remaining flasks

We're on the finishing line now. 

All KickStarter and IndieGoGo orders have been shipped (if you don't have yours still - contact us on [email protected] ASAP).

We're getting a few orders a week and are shipping those out as soon as we get them.

70% of the remaining stock is in the UK now and we're shipping it from here so UK orders are now getting delivered very quickly.

Thank you again for all your support and patience and we hope the wait was worth it.

We finally did it. 

All orders are now shipped. 

Any new orders (on Indie Go Go) will ship within just a few days and we usually use services which deliver within a week or so (depending on where you are). We have about 600 flasks left and after that it's the end of the road.

If you still don't have your order, please WAIT FOR 2 WEEKS and let us know if you still don't have it.

We've also sent out a few replacements for those who had a defect with their unit. If you see a major defect, email us on [email protected] and we'll be happy to help!

Shipping back on track

Hello backers

Really sorry to have not written any updates for a while but we have been in a long back and forth with weeks of delays in replies with the shipping company and only now have some information that is worth updating you with.

Due to constant delays and several issues with our shipping partner in China, we had no choice but to move the remaining stock from the manufacturer to the UK at further extra cost. The container arrived last week and we will be sending most of the remaining orders from the UK as we cannot rely on the third party for this any longer.

Here are the main facts:

- The stock received has limited colours - Orange, Chilli Red, Matt Black and Pure Steel (flasks only).

- We are waiting for the final tracking numbers and stock numbers for the stock left with the shipping company from China - they have been promised to us this week.

- There are only around 80 orders to be sent and several replacements.

- We are waiting for the additional O-rings and gaskets to be received from China, we will then send the orders within 1 week from the date when the seals are delivered - which based on the information we received are to be delivered within the next 3-5 days.

- There have been many issues during the project and it has been a hard journey but we are sticking with this to the end and will do as we set and as promised.

Less than 150 order left to ship

Dear backers

We're almost there.

Almost all orders shipped. We have about 150 (KS and IGG) left to go but they're on hold due to Chinese new year. Please wait until mid March before contacting us to check where your order is. We are unable to answer individual "where's my flask" emails.

Around 50 replacement orders shipped to replace items damaged in transit and manufacturing defects where this was warranted and justified. Please note we are unable to swap colours or issue refunds.

We still have some stock and it's available on IndieGoGo but ICE BLUE and ROYAL BLUE colours are gone. 

We've also had to increase our pricing and shipping costs for the new orders due to losses we incurred due to much more expensive shipping then anticipated.

We're going to sell off what remains, keep a few for warranty and that will be that. Another run will need huge upfront investments with very little ROI so we're not going to re-run. This is the end of the line.

Thank you all for your support - we REALLY appreciate the positive comments and are deeply happy to hear how many of you found the flask to be what you hoped and more. It's good to know our efforts were worth it and you got the flask in the end!

Shipping the final orders

Hello backers,

Some info for you on what's been happening.

Shipping status update

Thank you for your endurance and support - especially those who have not yet got your flask(s).

We are pushing the shipping company to get everything out but they just string us along and ship a few hundred at a time with weeks of delays in between.

The original plan was to ship everything out by end of December but clearly that did not happen. Despite promises from them to do so.

The new deadline is by end of this month and we sincerely hope it will be so.

They are also terrible and sending us tracking numbers and often do it 1-2 weeks after shipping so by the time we send them out from BackerKit, you already have the package.

We only have 200-300 rewards left to ship so we hope you really will have your rewards by the end of January.

Defects or shipping damage

Any problems with your order - please email us on [email protected]. We keep seeing comments where people complain but then some don't even reply to our emails when we contact them asking for details. If you let us know the problem - we can fix it. If you don't tell us..
